Physical Therapist
Join Strive2LiveWell Physical Therapy & Wellness and provide personalized, 1-on-1 care to active adults and athletes of all ages. You’ll work with a diverse orthopedic and active patient population while having the time and support to deliver high-quality care.
Orthopedic, sports, and/or pelvic health experience is preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
A valid Physical Therapy license is required.

Patient Service Specialist
Billing Specialist
Strive2LiveWell is seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Patient Service Specialist to support our patients and the daily operations of our practice.
Responsibilities include:
• Greet patients and provide a welcoming experience
• Schedule and manage patient appointments
• Answer phone calls, emails, and patient questions
• Collect payments and assist with basic billing questions
• Verify and update patient and insurance information
• Assist with new patient intake and paperwork
• Communicate with therapists and staff regarding scheduling and patient needs
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records
Strive2LiveWell is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Billing Specialist to assist with the billing and financial operations of our practice.
Responsibilities include:
• Submit and process insurance claims
• Post insurance and patient payments
• Follow up on unpaid, denied, or rejected claims
• Monitor outstanding accounts receivable
• Verify insurance benefits when needed
• Assist patients with billing and insurance questions
• Communicate with insurance companies and clinic staff to resolve billing issues
• Maintain accurate and confidential billing records
